At the January 2018 meeting, Chris Kraemer shared a press release from Woodcraft Corporate that recognized the increase in the number of pens for Turn for Troops from 2016 to 2017. A link to the press release is below.
Dave Drickhamer took the lead on this and mostly due to his efforts, the majority of the pens submitted for TFT in 2017 came directly from MAWT.
For 2018, MAWT’s goal is to turn and submit 1,000 pens through Woodcraft of Milwaukee. Dave passed out over 100 pens at the January meeting. We should be able to easily meet this goal.

We are adding a new page to this web site for TFT. That page will keep current where we are for the year, updated on at least a monthly basis.
