We will have a challenge for our December meeting and Christmas Party – a turned Snowman.
No rules (as long as it is made on the lathe) – any size, any number of pieces, it can stand on the table or be made to hang in the tree or both! It can be hollowed to hold something, or be solid all the way through.
Need some help or advice? Search YouTube for “turned wooden snowman”, there are many videos out there. Use your own discretion about which ones are good – check the ratio of “thumbs-up” to “thumbs-down.” Be sure to be safe.
