Trial Membership
Are you a member of MAWt, but don’t belong to the AAW? This new promotion allows you to try out the AAW with a three month trial membership. You can sign up with a credit card here. Your membership will automatically be renewed for an additional nine months if you take no action. This trial membership allows you full access of the AAW website, with downloads available of past publications, links to videos, a membership directory and more.
Free Trial
If the trial membership is not for you, you can apply here for a Free Trial Membership for a period of 60 days. Benefits are limited, but you may browse the AAW website and get a feel for what is available to those who hold a full membership.
One benefit included with this Free Trial membership is complete access to the November issue of Woodturning FUNdamentals. Features include “Turn a Side-Hollowed Christmas Ornament,” by John Lucas, and “Put a Proper Lid on It,” by Walt Wager.
Discount Available for 2018 Symposium Registration
There is a $25 discount available for chapter members that sign up for the 2018 Symposium. However:
- there must be a minimum of 10 members attend from our chapter.
- chapter members must be AAW members as well as MAWt members.
- those registrations must be submitted as a group through the chapter.
- The registrations must be paid by personal check.
Other benefits apply if these qualifications are met. Contact Tony Rozendaal if you are interested in attending the 2018 Symposium, which will be held in Portland Oregon. The deadline to commit to this is February 28, 2018.
